D. is inspired by the David of Michelangelo, a monumental masterpiece that has inspired many to question societal hierarchy back then. This modern interpretation questions the current societal gender-less trend backed by the Fashion industry.
The chromium finish acts as a mirror, challenging its viewer to either see through it or be defined by it.
